This program depicts the history of Greece and the Church and was presented in London, March 25 1943- March 25, 1944.Dedicated "to the Empress Irean and Theodora who restored the Icons to the Greek Church 787 and 842". 160 pgs., off white stiff paper boards with light blue cloth spine, 5 rope crosses (3 large and 2 small) adorn the front edge of spine, 8 full page plates with laid-in protective tissue, printed on uncut handmade paper, with occasional red text, Greek text and in-text illustrations. The boards are moderately soiled and have two light stains on front cover, light rubbing and wrinkles on the spine, internally clean, with strong binding. Despite the minor flaws in the boards this is a beautiful book.
